About

Warm welcome! Would you like to soothe overwhelming thoughts or feelings? Feel more calm and present in the now? My purpose is to help you find relief from anxiety, depression, or trauma that prevents you from experiencing a life worth living. We would collaborate together to treat whatever is on your list of priorities; examples include helping with anxiety, trauma, ADHD, Autism, school issues, depression, mood, low self-esteem or career goals. I work with children, teenagers, and adults from all walks of life. My style is evidence-based, non-judgmental, and sincere.

Our focus would be transformation using a variety of tools like parts work Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic psychology, nature-based therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Because I've worked in a variety of settings from large corporate organizations to schools, I can offer you both experience and flexibility.

Evening appointments available Tuesday & Wednesday until 8pm. Saturday until 2pm. Taking the leap forward to begin this journey is downright scary and can be overwhelming. A big congratulations to you for taking the first steps. If you'd like to work with someone who compassionately welcomes you and holds safe space, I'd love to connect.
