There is something powerful about being seen for who we truly are and being accepted without judgement. Whatever we’re going through, we go through it better when we know we are not alone. As your therapist, I will come alongside you in your journey, and I will always listen to what you have to say, hold your story with high regard, and create a safe space for you to explore the root of your pain and struggles. I believe when we are brave enough to dig deep and face all of who we are, we begin to find the healing and transformation we seek. I will partner with you in becoming the whole and thriving person you were meant to be. As an Associate Clinical Social Worker, I have experience working with teens, young adults, adults, couples, and families. I specialize in working with clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, self esteem/identity, self-harm, relational issues, faith issues, childhood trauma, and more.
