Taking care of yourself, your relationships, and your soul are some the most important things you can do. However, sometimes stress can pile up, relationships get strained, or unexpected losses leave an empty place in life. Sometimes even church can hurt. When these things happen it can get overwhelming resulting in many more questions than answers. It is a privilege for me to walk with people who are experiencing challenges and help them heal from wounds, solve problems and glean some redemptive meaning from the challenges they face. My clinical focus include: couple and family therapy, divorce, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, religious trauma and abuse. I use a solution oriented approach to therapy that includes solution-focused and narrative interventions. I also work with religion, spirituality and faith issues and how they intersect with mental health and relational issues.
