About

Everyone struggles at some point in their lives. It’s the human experience, and comes in many forms: anxiety, depression, trauma, acting out behaviors. As a clinical therapist with a Master’s in Social Work, I have been honored to provide support to children, teens, LGBTQIA, families and adults through crisis and behavioral support, military, and person or individual previously incarcerated.I have strong experiences in helping with behavioral issues, conduct, juvenile involved youth, LGBTQIA issues/needs/supports, youth with autism and families that need more support and tools.

My approach is simple: Create a safe and open space for you to bring your struggles and foster hope that you can gain tools to overcome them. I have an arts-based background which has aided me in being empathetic and is my source to bring a heart of peace to the lives that come through my therapy space. Ability to be solution-focused when needed.

I utilize my arts background to help explore difficult topics and challenge traditional therapy that can feel stiff at times. You are the expert of your life, and I am here to shine a light on the areas of your life that are scary/difficult. Feel free to reach out if you have any further questions about my practice. Looking forward to hearing from you.
