About

Hey there! Welcome to my page :) As a clinical social worker, I am dedicated to supporting children, teens, young adults, and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). I take a strengths-based, person-centered approach to help clients navigate challenges, build resilience, and develop coping strategies. My work focuses on fostering self-esteem, emotional regulation, and independence, while collaborating with families and professionals to ensure holistic care. I am passionate about empowering clients to lead fulfilling lives and reach their fullest potential.

I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and incorporate Cognitive Behavior Therapy(CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Somatic psychotherapy. I have experience in ABA and Intensive In-Home and know how to help with IEP/504 meeting prep and educating parents on how to navigate their child's mental health, as well as their own.

I am here to educate you on the tools of how to navigate this fun thing called life, because at the end of the day, you aren't broken, you're human.
