I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in both South Carolina and Connecticut and also have my supervisory license in South Carolina. Most of my clinical experience has been in intensive clinical settings, including partial hospital, intensive out-patient, and in the school setting. I have experience working in adolescent services and adult addiction services, as a clinical therapist, clinical supervisor, and manager. My work is with adolescents and adults with a focus on recovery from depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders, as well as relationship issues. I offer individual, family, and couples therapies. My approach is strength-based and person-centered. We will develop goals and objectives together. I rely on systems theories, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to guide my work. I include family members in the sessions as appropriate.
