I believe we are all born with the innate ability to be great...the greatest version of ourselves. We fall, we fail, but we continue to thrive to be a healthy and productive member of society. With the help of the resources available to us, we choose a goal and work towards it, one step at a time. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and the owner of Warrior Wellness Group located in Alabaster, Alabama. I have worked in mental health for ten years and in addition, enjoy working with adolescents and their families. I also work with the veteran population in several settings including private practice and veteran transition back to civilian life. I am here for you. Please reach out with any questions you may have about the process. We have individual counseling, family counseling, and weekend intensive retreats available. I am able to complete Fertility and Bariatric evaluations, along with ADHD and several others. Just reach out if in need. I am also available for licensure supervision for ABEC.
