About

You are perhaps feeling disconnected from yourself and others. I can help you to "zoom in" and "zoom out" to better investigate what's happening, what is important to you, and to help you to shift towards your authentic self. My passion in this work comes from guiding individuals toward life goals, healing, growth, and discovery within. I combine various modalities tailored to address blockages and increase momentum in your life. Perhaps you are not yet on your own timeline or feel like you are living someone else's life.

I specialize in depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, eating disorders, life-adjustments, and more. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Art Therapy and several other counseling methods tailored to meet your needs.

I provide a respectful and warm space of acceptance and we will explore ways to shape your life into the one that best supports your needs and wants. I invite you to reach out to learn what working together could look like for you!
