Solution focused, because focusing on what has not worked, does not work. My ideal client is one seeking positive growth inter-personally and spiritually. I meet you where you are and strive to empower and encourage you through the growth process, to get where you want to be. My therapeutic approach is eclectic and includes mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral, rational emotive, and gestalt interventions. I work with adults 18 and older.
