About

I view therapy as a partnership where together we explore, empower, and gain understanding. My approach is deeply influenced by trauma-informed care, recognizing the profound effects of past experiences. I strive to cultivate a safe space where your healing is paramount, offering support with empathy and honoring your unique journey. My focus lies in arming you with the resources to tackle life's hurdles, fostering growth and healing every step of the way.

I apply various techniques, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, positive psychology and talk therapy to tailor the support provided. I have been practicing in Bend for over 15 years as a therapist, including 11 years of immersive collaboration with law enforcement agencies and a specialized focus on supporting first responders and their families.

My approach to therapy is deeply rooted in understanding the unique challenges and trials we encounter as humans. I firmly believe in our capacity to progress towards healing and wholeness. I encourage you to bravely step towards a more vibrant, satisfying life, and I look forward to supporting you on this journey.
