Life can sometimes feel inexplicably hard. But through the collaborative power of psychotherapy we can make sense of ourselves, move into new ways of being, and create the worthwhile lives that we are meant to be living. Perhaps you have tried therapy before and been bummed out by its results, or it’s been difficult to find a therapist that you connect with, I want to help you find a new way forward. I would love to have a free, fifteen-minute phone call to explore the possibilities of psychotherapy together. If I am not the right person, I have colleagues I’d be happy to connect you with. Modern life moves so swiftly, often pressuring us to avoid our problems. With jobs and children and school and so many obligations, taking time to sit still and reckon with our issues is a radical act. Psychotherapy can serve as a space to slow down, to think and feel our way through things in order to find easier ways of living. As a therapist I have helped people overcome a wide range of problems and pride myself on being able to tailor the therapy to the individual's specific needs. My work is informed mainly by Adlerian psychotherapy and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. Reach out via phone or email, I'd love to speak with you!
