About

I am accepting new clients, and you can begin treatment within a week. Struggling with emotional pain is hard enough, but finding help doesn't have to be. You don't have to suffer alone. How you manage your hurt impacts your connection with yourself, others, and your life. I help people with their anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health needs. And I'm ready to help you face whatever keeps you from the people and things you most value.

Your voice is the most important one in the room. I use Feedback Informed Treatment. Because there is more than one way to heal, your treatment adjusts to you. Every part of therapy is about your story. The goal is to process emotional wounds, change unwanted behaviors, and feel better in mind and body.

I genuinely believe your story matters, and therapy is an excellent way for you to start living the life you most want. Emotional pain can isolate you and make you feel broken. But that isn't how your story ends; it's only where your treatment begins.
