I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) dedicated to helping individuals find a more meaningful and fulfilling life. I work with clients to address concerns related to depression, anxiety, relationships, and work-related stress. I utilize an eclectic approach, incorporating various psychological interventions and counseling techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, Adlerian therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. I have experience supporting individuals dealing with issues related to sexuality, sexual abuse, sexual orientation, relationships, social anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and adjustment challenges.
