About

Accepting new clients. Every therapeutic relationship is unique and each person brings their own circumstances to therapy. These circumstances often include difficulties with life transitions, stress management, emotion regulation, feelings of depression and anxiety and challenges in relationships.

I approach every relationship differently using an eclectic combination of various techniques to meet the individual needs of each person and to foster a trusting relationship, in a safe and nonjudgmental environment.

As Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience, I began working with children and adolescents before transitioning to work with adults focusing on substance abuse, dual diagnosis, and trauma related issues. I passionately believe this type of relationship can offer compassion and safety for self-exploration.
