Cathleen is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Certified Addictions Specialist (CAS) in Colorado with over 10 years of experience. She has worked with a wide variety clients throughout my career to include those struggling with parenting concerns, those diagnosed with a mental illness, those struggling with a substance addiction and those facing incarceration. I believe that you are the expert on you. I will walk alongside you as you embark on this journey of change. I see the role of a counselor to encourage and empower you towards change. I will offer you tools, a listening ear, will ask you questions and will challenge your thinking patterns. We work together to help you towards your goal. I will listen, ask you some questions, and make you think. I like to be open and real in our conversations with each other. I want to see you succeed in your goals.
