Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
You have taken a courageous step to consider counseling! It is my privilege to create a safe, nurturing space for you to breathe... to concentrate on self-care. There is rest, here. There is room for you to BE you. Room to step back, to consider, to contemplate. Room to grow in understanding, practical skills, and a fresh perspective. There is room for hope. My practice focuses on strengthening marriages, couples' relationships, and on individual counseling for a variety of issues. My approach is attachment based, client focused, interactive, and is grounded in Biblical principles of love, gratitude and grace. Our relationships are meant to bring us joy, emotional safety, and a place to feel seen, heard and valued. They help us navigate life, find our strengths, value our differences and provide a sense of comfort and understanding. Sadly, the opposite is often true; we may find ourselves in the midst of pain and unresolved conflict with the ones we love the most. As we explore WHY we interact with people as we do, we can grow in our understanding and compassion for ourselves and for others in our lives, becoming better equipped to create the change we desire. My goal is to help you reach YOUR therapy goals, and find meaningful communication, connection and purpose in your relationships. I look forward to meeting you!
