About

I am currently on an extended leave of absence and am not accepting new clients. I am committed to supporting individuals in all walks of life. My goal is to provide support and help individuals learn coping tools to better manage the stress and struggles of life. I have experience in serving children, adolescents, young adults and family. In addition, I have experience in working with individuals who have depression, anxiety, trauma, life stress, attachment issues and many more.

I believe that counseling is a collaborative effort and I will do my best to support my clients in achieving their mental health goals. I will use a variety of therapeutic approaches such as CBT, EMDR, ACT, ego states/parts work, motivational interviewing, strengths-based, person-centered, mindfulness and solution-focused brief therapy.

I strive to create a safe space for all my clients. My goal is to help my clients grow and learn to better manage whatever challenges may come their way. I know that progress is not linear and that we all have our ups and downs. I will always be there to support my clients to the best of my ability.
