I’m happy you’re here considering mental health services. Finding a therapist who is the right fit can feel very overwhelming. I would love to meet you and learn if we could work together collaboratively! I am a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of North Dakota & Licensed Graduate Social Worker in the state of Minnesota. I primarily specialize in serving children, adolescents and young adults. My goal is to help you celebrate your strengths, process the areas in your life that you’d like to improve & learn about what makes you, you! As a former high school & collegiate athlete, I understand the many obstacles and pressures athletes of any age experience. I provide Advanced Sports Therapy to help address symptoms of student/athlete burnout. I also have a special interest in serving foster children in the child-welfare system. I would love to help you build new skills and learn specific tools to better manage symptoms through use of mindfulness practices, cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and social thinking strategies.
