Are you an adolescent with a history of mood swings, anxiety, and self-defeating thoughts? Have you had issues at school with peers or difficulty with your family? Are you a parent confused as to which direction to take with your child's unusual behaviors? Are you struggling with anxiety or depression? I welcome the opportunity to hear your story. I have over 7 years of experience working in an adolescent treatment facility. I also spent 6 years in private practice working with adolescents and their families, 2 years working in a family counseling center, and 2 years working with adults and adolescents via Telehealth. I offer ongoing support as individuals and families face transitions. Life is unexpected at times and presents unusual obstacles. I want you to know that you are not alone and that support is right around the corner if you seek it.
