I aim to create a space where you feel safe and respected while remaining free from judgement regardless of the complexity of your challenges. In addition to successfully treating the symptoms of several mental health diagnoses with all different age ranges, I also help to identify the root of present-day concerns and alleviate the existing barriers that prevent us from moving forward. We work together in collaboration and mutual understanding so you see a noticeable shift in outlook by the end of each session with clearer strategies to get desired results. I incorporate mindfulness and self-compassion as it relates to the issues of prominent concerns. “But let's remember: shame gets unspeakable power only if it's unspeakable. Shame dies when stories are told in safe places” Ann Voskamp I choose therapeutic goals and modalities in partnership with the client based on their needs. I offer Christian counseling as requested. I place great importance on the trusting therapeutic relationship that I hold with my clients & I believe that you should work in partnership with professionals without biased approaches outside of your own belief system.
