Casey Dycus is an LPC-MHSP and a state licensed Supervisor helping young professionals, women, marriages, and families regain a sense of balance, holistic living, and emotional regulation. She specializes in helping those that need to work through trauma, depression, and anxiety. When people get stuck in lower functioning emotions and find themselves merely surviving, it is often hard to get out of that place and find purpose and joy in life. Casey's goal is to recognize patterns that keep her clients stuck and help them make goals that cultivate healing within themselves and their familial or interpersonal relationships. I offer Trust-based relational intervention counseling that is based off brain research and human connection. Learning how to cope through the difficult times and staying connected to ourselves and to others makes for a happier and more holistic life. I invite you to enter the counseling journey and discover a higher level of emotional processing to improve your quality of life.
