About

I am a Clinical Social Worker who has been helping clients find their way for over 9 years. Being the wife of a US Army Active Duty Service member, I take pride in serving my community and military families. As a helping professional, I focus on building an environment of trust; and creating a safe non-judgmental place for clients to unpack whatever they may need to leave behind in order to move forward on their journeys. I'm deeply committed to empowering my clients so they can explore, grow; and to have more abundant lives.

Specializing in humanistic therapy, I focus on the whole person; emphasizing on the client’s positive traits and behaviors as the vehicle for positive change. Helping them to see that they have the ability to find wisdom, growth, healing, and fulfillment within themselves.

If you're experiencing interpersonal difficulties, struggles in relationships, career concerns, or unresolved trauma and you're feeling stuck and misunderstood, I get it. Allow me to use my lived experience, education, and training to guide you on your journey of healing and discovery. Reach out today.
