Asking for help is not always the easiest thing to do. I seek to create a place of safety and trust for you to stretch, grow, change, and open yourself up for healing to begin. I engage the counseling process from a non-judgmental and compassionate approach, allowing clients to feel heard and understood as they gain insight and develop coping strategies. I aim to view my clients holistically using therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Narrative and Art Therapy, and Mindfulness practices. I work with adolescents, young adults, and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, divorce-related issues, family dynamics, relationship issues, grief, identity, spiritual formation, healing from childhood wounds, and mental illnesses. My hope for you is that through the therapeutic process, you can be equipped with the tools to engage in a life that feels not just manageable but meaningful and fulfilling. As you seek healing in whatever form that comes, may you experience more authenticity, more peace, and more joy in your life.
