About

My name is Carron Alexander, and I am a Licensed Professional Therapist. I have experience working with clients between the ages of 5-65 and am comfortable treating a variety of conditions including depression, anxiety, grief, women’s issues, trauma, and PTSD. My approach to therapy is eclectic, drawing from multiple modalities to fit your needs such as Complicated Grief Therapy (CGT), Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), and Person-Centered theories. I have worked with a variety of mental health issues in a variety of populations and look forward to helping you find a better path forward.

I create an open and welcoming environment in our sessions. I strive to meet my clients where they are at. I will work with you on acknowledging your wants and needs. From there, we will prioritize goals and begin to develop a plan to achieve said goals.

Depression and anxiety can be difficult to manage alone and reaching out for help is a great first step to improvement. You can expect our first session to be a mixture of a "meet and greet" and a personal history session. I’ll ask about your current struggles, background, and what you’d like to change. I encourage you to reach out today to get started.
