About

Life is full of struggles and transitions causing many people sadness, anger, anxiety, and fears. I will listen with compassion, empathy, and expertise. Together, we will explore personal strengths, self-awareness, and self-resilience. We will work together to reduce your anxiety, improve relationships, establish an empowered sense of self and develop confidence to match. With the appropriate support and a commitment to self-care, you can regain your sense of balance, find happiness, strength, and healing.

I am a Licensed Social Worker with over 20 years' experience in helping Adults and their families. I offer psychotherapy to people struggling with: Addiction, Adjustment difficulties, Anxiety, Depression, and offer Life coaching. I specialize in Caregiver burnout, Alzheimer's and related dementias, Life Transitions, Self-Worth, Grief, and Loss.

My style is relaxed, authentic, empathetic, and supportive. I believe the key to successful therapy is through our relationship, collaboration, respect and understanding. By active listening, validating feelings and empowering my clients, I will help guide you in exploring and developing healthy coping skills, personal growth, and direction.
