About

Increased ability to regulate emotions; emotional resilience; improved ability to identify and manage trigger; reduction in irrational thoughts; decrease in the frequency, duration and intensity of symptoms are some of my clients' treatment outcomes. I use CBT, DBT, Solution Focused and Trauma Focused therapies, reframing, mindfulness, validating statements, reflection of feeling and meaning and active listening. We'll explore and resolve the impact of the past current moods, thoughts, relationships, responses/reactions and more; moving you from making unintentional decisions to making more conscious and fulfilling choices.

My clients are able to increase emotion regulation and appropriate stress response in relationships; improve interpersonal and communication effectiveness; adjust behavioral patterns, and increase awareness of thoughts, feelings and behaviors. They become aware of how the past informs their current wants, needs, goals, mood and behavior.

I'm deeply empathic with an ability to use compassion, future-oriented thinking, and directness to guide and encourage you through the hard places so you can get through, and come out the other side.
