Are you unsure of sure how to change something in your life? With the right support, meaningful change is possible. I hope to offer a welcoming space that provides acceptance, empathy, attuned listening, and supportive feedback. I find deep meaning in supporting others to find personal growth, healing, and acceptance. My counseling style pulls from Gestalt, person-centered, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. These frameworks support us to non-judgmentally notice what emerges in our present moment, experiment with new ways of being. I work with adults, trauma survivors, and LGBTQI populations. I provide support for a wide variety of emotional and behavioral issues that include self-esteem problems, communication problems, depression, and anxiety. Each session will meet you where you are in life, and we will work collaboratively to make sure each session will fit your needs. Challenges of life can be difficult to do alone. This does not mean we are weak, only that we are human. I honor the time we will walk together. Thank you for reading, and take care.
