I specialize in assisting individuals in managing symptoms related to health conditions that affect their emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and addiction. I have assisted clients, including veterans and their families, with stress, anxiety, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, depression, and symptoms related to posttraumatic stress disorder. Additionally, I specialize in supporting individuals through life changes and facilitating successful transitions. I firmly believe in the importance of recognizing the expertise of each individual in their own story, and I am committed to recognizing and leveraging their inherent strengths to help them overcome challenges.
