About

As a social worker for over twenty years, I have worked with many children, teens, adults and families facing a variety of issues, including trauma, loss, and family conflict. I have a strong clinical background in relational trauma. In therapy, I can work with you on a range of goals, such as learning better ways to cope with anxiety, working through grief, resolving conflict in relationships or finding relief from depression. I draw from different modalities (such as Cognitive Behavioral and Family Systems), always from a strengths-based perspective. Together, we can collaborate to find a therapy approach that is right for you.

With older kids/teens, I emphasize building connection and trust. With adults, I offer a warm and supportive environment. With families, I can help establish healthy boundaries, improve perspective-taking, and ensure everyone has a voice. My goal is to assist individuals of all ages achieve their goals and find a sense of peace and pride in who they are.

Please feel free to to contact me for a brief 15 minute phone call to see if we would be a good fit. I look forward to hearing from you!
