About

As someone who has experienced personal trauma and loss, I have an authentic understanding of how painful life circumstances impact us and how building new life skills can empower us once again. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of North Carolina with over 6 years of experience. I am passionate about helping adults, senior adults, and older adolescents navigate the challenges of anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and distress. My goal is to facilitate self-discovery, allowing clients to find answers within themselves so they can feel equipped and empowered to move through their struggles. View 5 Photos

I specialize in providing counseling to individuals who care for loved ones with serious medical conditions, including dementia. Being a full-time caregiver on top of an already stress-filled life can feel overwhelming and disempowering.

I will work with you on important self-care priorities to help you regain a sense of peace amidst these distressing life circumstances. I also support senior adults experiencing anxiety and depression related to the difficult life changes that come with aging.
