Life can feel unmanageable at certain points. It takes courage to ask for help during these times. My professional career in the mental health field has shown me the importance of an empathetic relationship. I strive to provide unconditional acceptance and support throughout the counseling process. I have administered counseling services across diverse populations with a knowledge and understanding of children, adolescents, and adults with psychological issues. My career as a therapist has been cultivated through my professional experience as a counselor in private practice and in a rehabilitation/addiction center. My experience in helping clients from multiple settings work through life stressors, addiction, trauma, and grief has made compassion the foundation of my approach. My goals are to help my client’s achieve individual growth and health by providing a safe, warm, and accepting environment.
