Caroline Benzing is currently a Counselor Trainee through the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board. She is in the process of earning her Master's degree in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling at the University of Dayton. In her counseling practice, Caroline has adapted an integrative and holistic approach. Drawing from evidence-based practice such as CBT, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused, Positive Psychology, Narrative, and Gestalt, she believes in addressing the person as a whole.
