About

Amherst Cognitive Therapy is a group practice founded by Caroline Aller, LICSW dedicated to the treatment of stress, anxiety and mood disorders using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or CBT. We serve adolescents and adults of all ages. We also provide guidance to parents and caregivers of children struggling with anxiety and mood disorders.

Is your OCD, depression, or anxiety getting worse? Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) can help. Amherst Cognitive Therapy offers both in-person as well as easy-to-use and confidential video therapy that can help you build skills to manage your fear, worry, depression, or difficulty adjusting.

Treatment is focused, often short term, and teaches techniques that you can use NOW to get your life back on track. We offer flexible daytime and evening hours to accommodate the busy lives of students and professionals.
