As a Therapist and Transformational Coach, I bring a grounded, soulful approach to supporting mothers and women ready to break free from cycles that no longer serve them. With roots grounded in the resilience of my lived experience of mothering neurodivergent children and being ND myself, I hold space for deep healing and real change. My work centers supporting mothers and women who are committed to breaking harmful cycles. I believe that each of us carries the wisdom and strength needed to transform old patterns and cultivate lives of presence and unapologetic authenticity. My approach integrates polyvagal theory, mindfulness, somatic techniques with intuitive practices to honor our soul’s essence. In sessions, I may incorporate tarot/oracle cards to help bring clarity and insight into the work we’re doing together. These tools combined with practical skills, allow for powerful self-discovery and self-empowerment.
