I use a trauma-informed, person-centered approach - equipping my clients to take an active role in the therapy process while working to discover the solutions within. I’m skillful in helping individuals achieve their therapeutic goals through teaching emotional regulation skills first which opens the pathway to process deeper issues. Specialties include EMDR trauma processing, gambling addiction, relationship issues and stage of life transitions. My telehealth trauma processing models are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Brainspotting and Schema Therapy. I offer State funded gambling treatment for problem/compulsive gamblers and affected family members and accept BCBS insurance. Struggles are real but so is hope. I will stand by your side as you walk through your journey to happiness. I am accepting new clients via telehealth session only.
