My biggest strength is helping clients through life transitions, aka transformation. I help you to transmute pain and suffering into growth, joy, and love. If you have spent years internalizing the voice of parents, society, teachers, employers, and want to reclaim your sovereignty, I can help. I also offer psychedelic integration therapy. It can be hard to take the step of making an appointment and summoning up the courage to put yourself first. Often, anticipating the appointment is scarier than the actual session itself!
