Accepting New Clients! Most of us need help at one time or another in our lives. Asking for help is not always easy. However, it is always important to realize our own limitations and allow ourselves to feel better. Therapy is for everyone, whether you’ve experienced trauma, want to learn skills to better your relationships, or regulate your own emotions and reactions. As your therapist, I will meet you exactly where you are without judgment. I will provide a safe and empathic place where you are able to explore and deepen your connection to yourself, as well as building and strengthening your connection with others. I specialize in a wide variety of issues not limited to: addiction, family/relationship conflict, self-esteem, a range of mood disorders, and life transitions. In therapy, I focus on combining my knowledge of neuroscience, attachment, family systems, and mental health to help you gain knowledge of the brain, body, and heart to create holistic healing. I’m a true believer that therapy can be a place of safety, growth, and knowledge. Everything you need to enhance, heal, and transform your life, you already possess inside of you. I like to think that I am simply here to help you access it. I challenge you to take a chance on you and reach out with any questions you may have.
