The process of beginning therapy can feel intimidating and daunting, but you have already made the first step! Congratulations! I am a firm believer that therapy is for everyone, whether you have experienced trauma, relational struggles, anxiety, or the transitions that are inherent with our lives. Often times, these burdens become much too heavy for us to bear alone and infringe on our growth and ability to reach our optimal potential. I want to help my clients view themselves through the lens of self compassion and growth. I am honored to walk through whatever journey my clients are willing to bring me on. I have experience working with kids, teens, families, and adults as they navigate difficult situations. I incorporate many play techniques, talk therapy, and interoception techniques in all of my sessions to aid my clients in creating the skills they need to navigate life. Much of my work is grounded in creating a skillset that can aid my clients long-term. I believe that the most beautiful part of therapy is the ability to create a connection with yourself. I want each of my clients to have a deeper connection and understanding with their mind and body to build upon forever. As a mom and a therapist, my mindset is always focused on creating the best possible foundation to launch into the next phase.
