About

Life is full of unpredictable ups and downs and in this fast-paced world, peace can be hard to find. Often, our mindset shifts to the worst before considering that something good can happen, especially when there is a history of trauma. Working to assist people in identifying self-limiting beliefs, unwanted thoughts, and behaviors. We will focus to identify the origin of the problem/self-limiting beliefs and work to replace those with healthier views.

I specialize in treating a wide range of mental health concerns, including PTSD, depression, stress, trauma, relationship issues, and self-esteem challenges. Through evidence-based techniques and personalized treatment plans, we will work collaboratively to gain insight, develop coping skills, and make positive changes in your life to help foster resilience.

My goal is to empower individuals to overcome obstacles, improve their emotional resilience, and create a more fulfilling and meaningful life. Whatever struggles you may be facing, know that you are not alone, and together we can work towards a brighter, healthier future.
