Life is full of challenges. Sometimes those challenges are temporary and sometimes they seem to hold on. We experience, distress, depression, anxiety, and sometimes emotional and/or physical trauma. I come to counseling with a varied background as a veteran and in emergency services and disaster response. I have extensive experience in counseling with grief, stress and PTSD. Another part of my background has been working with couples who are having difficulty with communication and conflict resolution. I believe each person is a unique blend of culture, family background, values, education, life experiences, and other factors that makes each person one-of-a-kind. Counseling is about honoring and respecting each client and working with them to address their needs. Contact me for a brief consultation to see what I can do for you.
