"Wholeness, Wellness, Coming Your Way" As a therapist, I've worked with children ages 3-17, and adults ages 18-85. I begin by meeting each individual person where they are mentally, emotionally, and developmentally. I have treated and have great success with depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, ODD, Autism, Grief, and substance abuse. I also provide marriage and couples counseling. I earned my Master of Science Degree with a concentration in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. Prior to completing my Master’s Degree she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Mississippi University for Women. In my approach, I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Therapy and Modification, Motivational Interviewing, and Structured Psychotherapy for Adolescents responding to Chronic Stress in my therapy practice.
