I approach my work with clients from a strength base and person-centered model utilizing a variety of clinical methods including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, psycho-dynamic and solution-focused therapy. My areas of specialty are mood and personality disorders (i.e. depression, anxiety, and anger management, bipolar, borderline, antisocial and dependent personality). Stylistically, I strive to empower my clients toward a sense of control over their feelings and behaviors by encouraging them to become their own expert throughout the therapy journey. ." My hope is that through this matriculation, clients will gain greater insight and understanding about important connections between past and present experiences and discover new ways of thinking, relating, and behaving so that life can take on new meaning while "living life to its fullest potential
