You often can't waste time because you or your family needs help now, which is why I offer a compassionate, solution-oriented approach to clients. Hi, my name is Caren Ann Appel & I'm a licensed psychotherapist with a master's in clinical & macro social work & another master's degree in Gender History. I have several trauma-informed specialties: 1) working with late-diagnosed, neurodivergent individuals in helping them better navigate their brains & environs. 2) guiding LGBTQ+ people and their families towards authentic healing, & 3) partnering with those suffering from chronic illnesses find steadier ground.
