About

Life and death - perhaps the biggest adjustments of the human experience. Each can stir up feelings such as overwhelm, guilt, and loneliness. If you are TTC, grieving a miscarriage, or transitioning into parenthood while grieving, know that you do not have to move through these chapters alone. I have a personal and professional background supporting children/families through hospice/grief and through the transition into parenthood. Together we'll create space to process your journey and identify tools to help you continue moving forward.

Using a non-pathologizing approach, we will work together to identify your strengths and explore ways to navigate the hard parts. Some techniques that may be incorporated are mindfulness-based tools, IFS theory/interventions, narrative work and spiritual exploration. I'll spend time getting to know you and we'll work as a team to find the right path for you.

In our time together, my hope is that you will feel truly seen and able to identify, honor, and communicate your needs to yourself and the people in your life.
