I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist based in Cary, North Carolina. I hold a Master's degree in Social Work from North Carolina State University with a concentration in Addiction and Recovery. I have over 8 years of experience providing services in emergency and crisis settings and specialize in supporting adults who are navigating both mental health and substance use challenges. Implementing a person-centered approach, I believe that each client is an expert in their own experience and aim to create a warm, non-judgemental space that allows for vulnerability, healing, and growth. I use a systems theory lens and understand the impact of external forces on an individual's mental well-being. I welcome those from all backgrounds.
