About

As a Psychotherapist with over 15 years of clinical experience, I specialize in working with adults aged 18 and above. My focus areas include anxiety, depression, major life transitions, chronic illness, and interpersonal relationship dynamics. Over the years, I’ve collaborated with my patients to identify and address the root causes of these challenges, guiding them to a more fulfilling and balanced life. My experience includes working at Mass. General Hospital where I currently practice outpatient mental health in conjunction with my Telehealth private practice.

In my previous role as an inpatient Social Work clinician, I provided therapy to patients and their families through life-changing illnesses and hospitalizations. My therapeutic approach is enriched by continuous post-graduation education, including study in psychodynamic and psychoanalytic theories.

Starting or resuming therapy takes effort and intention. My initial focus will be on providing a space in which you are heard and understood so that you can safely consider new perspectives and solutions. While psychotherapy may feel challenging at times, I believe in embracing liveliness and humor where it naturally occurs in our sessions.
