About

Struggling with anxiety impacts your entire existence as a woman. Worst case scenarios can consume your thoughts, making it almost impossible to find moments of peace or joy in your day. Difficult transitions in life can cause so many changes, emotionally and physically, that make you feel like you have lost a part of yourself along the way. With therapy, it is possible to heal from past hurts and build a life free of constant panic and intrusive thoughts. Imagine being able to enjoy present moments, find realistic coping strategies that fit into your busy life and build a life filled with confidence, joy, and peace.

I work with clients from a strengths-based perspective, specializing in anxiety and depression. I am passionate about helping women with trauma, infertility, miscarriages, loss, pregnancy, postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, and/or adjusting to motherhood. As a person-centered therapist, my goal is to support and empower you to make meaningful changes.

It takes an incredible amount of strength to pursue counseling and I want to recognize the vulnerability it takes in making this initial step, as it is an honor to be a part of your journey. I truly believe you are capable of everlasting growth and change. I offer a safe space for you to be your authentic self without fear of judgment. You are welcome here.
