Hi. I'm C.E. English-El, known by most as Ce. I've been a practicing Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical Therapist for over 25 years and a Living Coach for over 10 years. My counseling style is eclectic and whole person centered with a wellness orientation. Not only am I good at connecting with people I enjoy the process of engaging, learning, growing and moving . My wealth of experience and exposure is grounded in the addiction treatment milieu where I evolved from a fledgling counselor to a director of clinical services for adult and adolescent inpatient and outpatient programs. I have authored and lectured extensively in the addiction treatment arena. Other areas of expertise include Emotional Intelligence (EI) development, Mindfulness appreciation, coaching well-being, relaxation response, self-care and family connections.
