About

I love working with people struggling with anxiety, panic, trauma, or who are pregnant/postpartum, who are wanting to figure out how to function better and feel more contentment and calm—even in today's increasingly overstimulating, complex, and inequitable world.

I love helping my clients through a variety of clinical strategies, but mainly, I use techniques from narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based stress reduction, and EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) for processing trauma.

I understand how difficult it can be to seek support; I'm happy you're here. I believe strongly in every human's innate capacity to find their way through difficult experiences, and approach my work from the mindset that the strength you need most is already within you. I love helping clients discover that strength, and their own path forward in healing.
