As a therapist, my approach is first to create a safe and welcoming space where people can get to the heart of what is going on in their life. I take a holistic stance, believing that every part of someone, their body, mind, soul, and environment, all play a role in healing and growth. My goal is that each person would walk away feeling as though they have a fuller sense of who they are, how they are connected to the world, and how to help themselves continue to grow. I work with individuals with a number of presenting problems including anxiety, depression, work stress, adjustment issues, or relational difficulties. Most of my specific training is in trauma including a body-based therapy called Brainspotting which is designed to help individuals process painful events, thoughts, and emotions. If you're looking for someone to help with healing and processing or if you're looking for new tools to help you grow and flourish, please reach out!
